These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") outline the terms of use and purchase of products from the Polymer Workshop® Webshop operated by Polymer Workshop ApS ("Seller"). By accessing the Webshop and making a purchase, you agree to abide by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. General Information
The Polymer Workshop® Webshop offers a selection of cycling components and accessories for sale. The Webshop operates under the jurisdiction of Denmark and all transactions are subject to Danish law.

3. Prices
Product prices displayed on the Webshop are inclusive of applicable taxes (VAT) unless otherwise specified. Shipping fees are not included in the product prices and will be added during checkout. Import duties and taxes may apply depending on your location and are the responsibility of the purchaser.

4. Order Confirmation
Upon placing an order, an email receipt will be sent to confirm your purchase details. Once your order is processed, a separate email containing the order confirmation and shipping information will be sent.

5. Payment
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Accepted payment methods include major credit and debit cards. All payment information is transmitted securely using SSL encryption. Payment is processed at the time of order placement.

6. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times are presented during checkout. Free worldwide shipping applies to all orders over EUR 100. Shipments include tracking details provided once the order is dispatched. Polymer Workshop ApS is not responsible for customs delays or fees incurred outside Denmark.

7. Returns and Exchanges
A 30-day return policy applies to wheelsets and handlebars. Products must be unused and returned in original condition and packaging. Returns may be initiated by contacting info@polymerworkshop.com. A full refund or exchange will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned product.

8. Warranty
All wheelsets, handlebars, and seatposts sold on the Polymer Workshop® Webshop are covered by a lifetime warranty for the original purchaser. This warranty covers manufacturing and material defects. It excludes normal wear and tear, crash damage, and misuse. Full warranty terms are available at polymerworkshop.com/warranty. To make a warranty claim, contact info@polymerworkshop.com with your order details, proof of purchase, and photographs of the issue.

9. Liability
Polymer Workshop ApS is committed to product safety in accordance with Danish laws and regulations. Polymer Workshop ApS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from product use.

10. Changes to Terms
Polymer Workshop ApS reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on the Webshop with an updated effective date.

11. Data Privacy
Personal data collected during the purchasing process is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
