2. Order Processing Time: From the moment your order is placed and payment is verified, our diligent team gets to work, meticulously processing and preparing your order for shipment. Kindly allow 1-2 business days for order processing before your items are dispatched.

3. Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Time: Depending on your location we estimate 3-5 business days.

4. Shipping Costs: We offer free worldwide shipping.

5. Order Tracking: As soon as your order is shipped, a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number will be sent to you. This tracking number empowers you to monitor the progress of your order's journey to your doorstep.

Return and Exchange Policy:

Our goal at Polymer Workshop® is your complete satisfaction with your cycling wheels. Should you find yourself unsatisfied for any reason, our straightforward return and exchange policy is here to assist you. Here's how it works:

1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges: You're welcome to initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify, the item(s) must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

2. Initiating a Return or Exchange: To begin a return or exchange, please reach out to our responsive customer service team at support@polymerworkshop.com. Provide your order number and a comprehensive explanation for the return/exchange. Our team will provide guidance through the process.

3. Return Shipping Costs: The cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return results from a defective product or an error on our part.

4. Refund Procedure: Once the returned item(s) are received and examined, we will initiate your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued through the original payment method used for the purchase.

5. Exchange Process: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or model, we'll process the exchange once we receive and review the original item. Any discrepancies in price will be adjusted accordingly.

6. Non-Returnable Items: Customized or personalized cycling wheels are non-returnable, except in cases where they are defective or the mistake is on our end.
