- Shipping Locations: We offer worldwide shipping. Please be aware that shipping costs and times may vary based on your location.
- Order Processing Time: From the moment your order is placed and payment is verified, our diligent team gets to work, meticulously processing and preparing your order for shipment. Kindly allow 1-2 business days for order processing before your items are dispatched.
- Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Time: Depending on your location, we estimate 3-5 business days.
- Shipping Costs: We offer free worldwide shipping.
- Order Tracking: As soon as your order is shipped, a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number will be sent to you. This tracking number empowers you to monitor the progress of your order's journey to your doorstep.
Return and Exchange Policy
Our goal at Polymer Workshop® is your complete satisfaction with your cycling wheels. Should you find yourself unsatisfied for any reason, our straightforward return and exchange policy is here to assist you. Here's how it works:
- Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges: You're welcome to initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify, the item(s) must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Initiating a Return or Exchange: To begin a return or exchange, please reach out to our responsive customer service team at info@polymerworkshop.com. Provide your order number and a comprehensive explanation for the return/exchange. Our team will provide guidance through the process.
- Return Shipping Costs: The cost of return shipping, including any additional charges such as customs duties or taxes, is the customer's responsibility unless the return results from a defective product or an error on our part.
- Refund Procedure: Once the returned item(s) are received and examined, we will initiate your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued through the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Exchange Process: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or model, we'll process the exchange once we receive and review the original item. Any discrepancies in price will be adjusted accordingly.
- Non-Returnable Items: Customized or personalized cycling wheels are non-returnable, except in cases where they are defective or the mistake is on our end.
