The Road Assistance project was initiated with the purpose of bridging the distance between our office headquarters in Copenhagen, Denmark, and cyclists across the globe. Our journey led us to the French Alps, chasing the World Tour at this year's Tour de France as they tackled the last definitive stages just a stone's throw away from the grand finish in Nice. As we navigated our way into the mountains on winding roads, we found ourselves ascending the challenging Isola 2000 climb—a renowned route that tests even the most seasoned cyclists.

Arriving a day early to secure a spot on the climb and witness a brife moment of cycling history. The atmosphere was electric, filled with the excitement of both spectators and cycling enthusiasts alike, all gathered to catch a glimpse of the world's top riders pushing their limits on this grueling alpine ascent.

Continuing our journey, we ascended from the picturesque French Alps into the inspiring Italian Dolomites. Along the way, we seized the opportunity to make a memorable pit stop, embarking on an ride along the legendary Passo dello Stelvio loop. This iconic route, known for its challenging switchbacks and breathtaking vistas, was made even more special as we shared the experience with a group of friends who were also exploring the region on their own cycling adventures.

Shifting gears, we then ventured into the diverse landscapes of Austria, traversing the country from its western borders all the way to the historic city of Vienna in the east. Throughout our Austrian expedition, we dedicated the majority of our time to fostering connections with fellow cycling enthusiasts, immersing ourselves in the local riding, and the beauty of the Austrian Alps. Each day brought new opportunities to pedal through stunning scenery, from rolling hills dotted with charming villages to towering peaks that seemed to touch the sky.

Our journey then led us to the cycling paradise of Switzerland, where we had the privilege of supporting our friends at Leon Bikes during the annual charity event, the GIPFEL GRANFONDO. This inspiring gathering of cyclists from all walks of life not only showcased the spirit of community within the sport but also contributed to meaningful causes. As a fitting finale to our Swiss sojourn, we concluded our time in the country with a lively wrap-up party at Disco Cycles in the vibrant city of Bern. This celebration served as the perfect opportunity to reflect on our incredible journey, share stories with fellow cyclists, and toast to the unforgettable experiences we had accumulated along the way.
