Introducing the new updated hub from Polymer Workshop®, re-designed to improve durability, performance and overall serviceability. The new updated hub features a durable ratchet engagement system, tool-free end-cap construction and sealed durable steel bearings, ensuring a long lifespan and an easy maintenance process.
Precision-engineered from a single piece of AL6061-T6 aluminum using advanced CNC technology, our high-flanged hub represents the pinnacle of modern cycling technology. Optimized specifically for carbon spoke integration and direct stiffness transmission, this hub redefines performance cycling.
The hub's structural integrity is ensured through the use of AL7075-T6 aluminum alloy for the axle, while the optimized flange with measurements of 49.5mm / 32.5mm (L/R) guarantee perfect spoke alignment.
The internal system has been designed with updated features:
- Ratchet System - Engineered for precision and performance, the new generation hub features a 36-tooth ratchet engagement ring with a possibility to upgrade to 54-tooth post-purchase.
- Plug-In Endcaps - Allows for quick and easy swapping of freehubs and internal system maintenance without requiring specialized tools, significantly reducing service time and complexity.
